This policy explains what information Gharmint collects, why we collect it, and how we protect it. It currently covers our marketing website and the early-access waitlist. We'll update it as the Gharmint app launches.

Information we collect

When you join the waitlist, you choose to provide:

• Your name — so we can address you personally.
• Your email address — to send you launch and early-access updates.
• Your phone number — to text you your invite when we launch in your city.

We may also collect basic technical information automatically when you visit the site (such as your approximate location from your IP address and standard server logs) to keep the service secure and reliable.

How we use your information

• To add you to the early-access waitlist and notify you when Gharmint is available to you.
• To send you product news and launch updates you've signed up for.
• To operate, secure, and improve our website.

We process this information because you asked to join the waitlist and consented to receive updates. You can withdraw consent at any time (see “Your choices”).

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the waitlist and communications (for example, email or messaging providers and cloud hosting), and only as needed to provide the service. We may also disclose information if required by law.

How we protect your information

Your details are transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and stored on access-controlled infrastructure. We keep waitlist information only for as long as needed to invite you and send the updates you requested, after which we delete or anonymise it.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from updates at any time using the link in our emails, or by contacting us.
• Access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you — just ask.

We'll respond to requests in line with applicable Indian data-protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Children

Gharmint is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the “Last updated” date above, and for significant changes we'll provide a more prominent notice.
